By creating an account or using Cloudplay Games ("the Service"), operated by Cloudplay Games LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, data preservation, or that the Service will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloudplay Games LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
